    Made several attempts to 1) open an account business and personal as a walk-in , told flat out , no explanation . I would have to book ahead for appointment . So phoned , explaining I would traveling ,cross province and only in town those given days. Sorry would this day work ( two days after our scheduled trip , and two weeks away . Oh and they can't be the same same appointment for Business and Personal.... ??? Time for RBC to catch up with the Times.. Re-visit Business Management, read re: Customer service... YOU NEED CUSTOMERS TO BE IN BUSINESS!

    After questioning why I was paying a large fee for paying my bills on line the teller explained how to avoid this charge and actually refunded the charges believing I had not been informed properly of this type of charge on this account. The teller was very helpful and it was really nice to have a bank treat you so fairly.

    45 DOLLAR NSF...Clarity of communication is terrible between phone-in transactions and actual face to face banking. They have made many mistakes and errors with my mortgage ...I have been waiting 3 months for a credit card to arrive....I'm frustrated to say the least.
