  Luckily I'm cheap and I pay attention to detail so I had to say something. Other people probably would've paid the extra, no question. This tells me that I cannot fully recommend this shop to friends or family.

  Had he kept the quote the same, I would be more inclined in recommending this place. Also, I needed to get the small job done before driving anymore so I was basically stuck at that point. The dealership actually quoted me the exact same price, which tells me that I got overcharged from this shop, as the dealer charges way more per hour...

  I needed a small job done -- was given a quote, but the end charge was more than initially quoted. The owner adjusted the charge after I mentioned the difference, which lets me know that he threw in the extra charge to try to deepen his pockets whilst extracting unnecessary money from me.

  I am a regular customer of this business, it is close to my work which makes it very easy. The staff are the most courteous, honest, and reliable that I have ever come across! I will always suggest this business to others. Great work!

  They did only the work that was required not like other experiences I have had. They talked to me first and had many options for me to pick from. It was such a positive experience that we take my daughters car there too.
