    They need to ensure proper procedures are carried out in terms of the Hotel Keepers Act in BC for patron safety. Properly trained staff are a requirement at all times, not just sometimes.

    Brad on the front desk is so funny & fantastic, Mike the night auditor goes above & beyond and is amazing at what he does to have the hotel run smoothly at night.

    The room was very nice! I liked that there was full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! It was very clean and the hot tub was amazing! The front desk person was very friendly! The breakfast was just right!

    Under renos, no AC just a fan. Cheaper hotel next door and it's newer and not under renos

    Great location. Great staff. Very festive place over the holiday session. Room service isnt really more service i had to go to resteraunt in the lobby and get our food to bring up to the room.. Food was great however.
