  Great hotel! We booked as it was one of the most reasonably priced hotels downtown and we have not been disappointed! The rooms is lovely, pretty European decor, comfortable and large bed, good shower, plenty of room. The service has been excellent; very friendly and quick to help. Finally, good location - we have been able to walk everywhere so far. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  It has been singularly touching to have virtual strangers greet us with such open arms, and for a local business to invest so much time energy into a client that would reasonably never yield any sizable amount of business. For these reasons, my recommendation and commendation comes easily and with sincerity.

  All the fitting are new so no problems there. Very nice bathroom, it even has a nightlight to help with those 3am trips to use the facilities! Free parking and a reasonable breakfast all helped to make it an excellent choice to stay in.

  So happy with our stay here. Although a bit more pricy it was well worth it. Everything was super clean and the towles and sheets smelt so freah. Very happy with the hotel. Probably wont stay any where else when visiting Campbell River

  Our son has severe autism, and because he suffers from very challenging anxiety we had never stayed away from home since his birth. We created a program to acclimatize him to hotels and travel, and regularly exposed him to different facets of the experience to help him overcome his anxieties. The staff at Comfort Inn in Campbell River stood head and shoulders above others, supporting us in regular exposure visits and being generally extremely supportive and positive about our lifestyle and needs. The crowning experience was, after many weeks of regular visits, we stayed overnight. A personalized greeting card was waiting for us in our room that was signed by many of his favorite staff members that he knew by name and knew him well.

  Excellent newly built hotel. We had a suit with a superb king sized bed. Nice clean balcony giving an unobstructed view out over the water. Yes, there's a road between you and the water but that's true for every property along here and you're high enough that it doesn't obstruct your view and the double glazing means that noise is not a problem.

  What a lovely new and clean hotel! We had a great stay, beautiful view and the breakfast was really good here. I highly recommend this one.
