  We did advise the check out lady of our not so great experience and received the response of "sorry about that" followed by "please sign here" for our $179 mostly sleepless night stay. Maybe this is a common complaint. 2 stars for cleanliness and beach location though.

  Phoning the resort is difficult. There are too many options and you have to dial other numbers for different departments , apparently spa services are not offered to locals ? I was told. They advertise spa , however when i jumped the computerized message hoops they finally said they do not see the spa services offered anymore and do not have any info on that.

  Stayed over the last weekend for a single night. The room was ground floor, quite small and on the oceanside of the building.The decor was very plain with a queen bed. The room and bathroom were spotless and very clean. The issue we had, as others will no doubt, is that the building is older and has limited sound proofing. Every cough, laugh, conversation from any adjoining room , along with what sounded like the people upstairs moving the furniture around until 11:30pm was very clearly heard in our room. The resorts room doors all close fairly hard (bang, bang, bang until late) and a quiet evening was not something we were able to enjoy. During the slow winter months where the resort may have few occupants, this may be a more tranquil place to stay. We did not experience any other services the resort offers so can't comment on those.

  Resort is ok, not usually a 4 star hotel rooms or amenities but I am giving 4 stars because the view is unbeatable and it is very zen.

  It's a great place with an awesome vibe and aesthetics. Friendly staff, beautiful location on the shore. The cons are no microwaves in the rooms, TV is tiny with few channels available.
